Who has access to your personal data?
We maintain a very high degree of confidentiality regarding the personal data we receive from you. As a general rule, only the recruitment manager in the HR department has access to this information. Applications, and the information they contain, will as a natural part of the recruitment process be shared with the relevant manager or managers.
References will not be obtained without your consent.
What personal data?
You decide what personal data you wish to share with us in connection with your application. However, we do not wish to receive information about:
- Illness, unless the information is relevant to the position in question
- Pregnancy, unless relevant to the employment
- Ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or sexuality.
Use of personal data
Your personal data will be used solely in connection with the recruitment of employees to the company. It will not be passed on to any recipients outside the company without your consent.
Deletion of personal data
Your personal data will be stored for up to 6 months after receipt. In special circumstances, and always only with your consent, we may store your personal data for up to 2 years
